What counts as a workflow execution?
A workflow execution is an Association Mirror action that the Service processes or attempts to process. The usage total shown on your dashboard is authoritative.
Can I choose which associated object types to mirror?
Yes. Choose one or more association-capable standard or custom object types authorized in the connected portal, or select all eligible types. Association Mirror creates default/unlabeled HubSpot relationships; it does not copy custom association labels. Products and Users are not available as target or associated-object choices because HubSpot does not allow them to be associated; executions enrolling either as a source are rejected.
Can I try it first?
Yes. Start on the ongoing Free plan without a credit card and test with non-production HubSpot records before upgrading.
What happens if I exceed my monthly limit?
Additional executions may be skipped until the next plan period or until an eligible upgrade becomes effective. If you need more than 5,000 executions, contact us to discuss a written custom plan.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Use the Stripe billing portal from your dashboard, or sign in to Stripe directly. Stripe shows the effective date, price, and any proration before you confirm a plan change. Unused execution allowance does not roll over.
Do you offer refunds?
Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed by Bigbee Solutions. If you believe a charge is incorrect, email [email protected].
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel through the Stripe billing portal. Unless Stripe shows otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
